Lori and staff provide excellent primary care to my wife and me and is very attentive and thorough.
I have been having issues with bladder possibly kidneys both Urgent Care and my primary office have been working with me diligently to get my issue resolved I cannot think Lori Cornwall and also the office manager Linka for everything they have done for me if all your staff is like these two professionals Ascension (the) SACRED HEART 💜 (of JESUS)will never have an issue.
As always, all staff are pleasant, cheerful and helpful. I have the highest trust in Lori to figure out the best care for me!
I got lost today trying to find their building when my gps took me to the wrong place and then the place it took me to gave me incorrect directions. I sat on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get directions from them and then they refused to see me for being late. I’m going back for lack of other options, but so far my experience here has been shit. The receptionist had a real attitude/tone after I asked her to repeat the address ONE TIME.
