Very professional and friendly staff
The staff and doctors here are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and diligent. Shoutouts to Jessica and Hans. They're great and really takes care of their patients.
My child waited 8 WEEKS! For an appointment to set up a primary care provider. He had medical issues that needed attention. The office manager ERICA COTHRAN and asst manager MALACIE FLEMMING refused my son to be seen because he did not have an ID on him. Now, this is after preapproval from insurance and completing all other paperwork. My son is special needs/autistic and does not drive as most special needs people don’t. Horrible horrible experience with the scheduling center. I had my first visit to establish primary care, and the provider put in two referrals for me. Some days later, I received a call for one of the referrals and got on the schedule for a mammogram. However, from there, my experience went down-hill. Day after day I received several missed calls from ascension in which after giving them a call back, the operator never knew why they called me in the first place.
