I have called several times and no call back. I have asked the office mgr to call. I have stop by office 3 times. I message the billing dept and hand carried a letter to the office mgr. First time visit to this office and I was charged for Doctors visit & Office visit. I was charged 2 co-pays (split billing) without explanation or making me aware of this.

Horrendously rude clerk at front desk. She was incredibly condescending to my husband and the sweet woman also in the lobby. Miserable experience, will never return.
