Billing department is the worst all they can do is send you bills and when insurance says you only owe a certain ammt billing department says it’ll be fixed 7-10days well geuss what months later still not fixed and keep saying you owe the money. Be careful these people will try steal your money. Worst staff ever. Think they got there training from a cereal box. I have had nothing short of satisfying experiences with this office. A lot of the reviews mention a particular doctor and I believe that doctor has moved on or has been let go. The staff was incredibly friendly and took an ample amount of time to get to know me and my medical needs. They were friendly and accommodating. It felt like a small town experience.
Clerk Vicki was unprofessional and rude.
