My experience was very good and professional, I really like the Doctor and his staff.
The staff from the front desk check-in to the medical team were friendly and professional. They kept me informed in the exam room when the doctor had a delay handling an issue. Dr Gross even apologized for the short delay. He was prepared and had reviewed my results and showed me my scan. I am very pleased with his care and the office. I would highly recommend them.
