They scheduled me for 3/27 I drove the hour to the appointment at 6am and when I arrived they said I was scheduled for 5/27. CTA for my heart to check for clogged arteries- so a life or death scan for having chest pains. I asked for a supervisor to schedule me back in sooner than May. No supervisor ever called me back. I called again to reschedule my appointment for something sooner and was denied and told they have nothing sooner. Apparently they only do 2 scans a day at this place. I want to give no stars I’ve been trying to get a scan with sedation since September My wife calls sacred heart they have had the referral since 1/15/26 the lady calls back and says the 1st available is 2/27/26. Get it together Sacred Heart! Because of your depts lack of calling me when they received the referral now I have to wait an entire month-bullshit!

Brought my grandson in for a mri schedule appt at 830 and didn’t get taken back until 10am front desk was absolutely no help and intake nurse was rude which I didn’t tolerate and she didn’t come back to room No concerns about his highly complex condition that you have to monitor blood sugars heart rate dehydration illness etc. never will take another of my children here Update appt at 830 now 12:55 I’m still waiting for my child to have this nightmare over

Still in the waiting room 2 hours after my appointment and getting there 2chours and 10.minutes ago. Most likely done with this place. Crumbling around the edges.
