My experience with Sacred Heart's lactation specialists was overall disappointing and frustrating. It left me with a stressful experience for both me and my newborn that could have been prevented/avoided. During my hospital stay, I had a few different lactation specialists come in. The first one said that my baby was fine since he happened to latch for a few seconds while she was in there (he wasn't actually successfully latching) and that was that. When my daughter was there having my granddaughter , I was very pleased with everything and everyone .
I delivered here in 2022 and had a wonderful experience. I’m due next month with my second baby and am so excited to be back here. My nurses were incredible specially my first labor nurse I’ll never forget her !
