I have visited Monogram Maternity 3 times since we were discharged to troubleshoot some breastfeeding issues. The staff has been incredibly helpful, taking their time to think through from multiple angles, offering advice and working collaboratively together. My experience with Sacred Heart's lactation specialists was overall disappointing and frustrating. It left me with a stressful experience for both me and my newborn that could have been prevented/avoided. During my hospital stay, I had a few different lactation specialists come in. The first one said that my baby was fine since he happened to latch for a few seconds while she was in there (he wasn't actually successfully latching) and that was that.
