Awesome staff .Everyone was nice and made sure I fully understood their roles and responsibilities as my kidneys transplant team! Thank you Pharmacist Elizabeth! She went above and beyond of what I expected. Overall I'm completely satisfied with my entire team and looking forward to this journey to my new kidneys! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
Love the hospital and the people. The service is incredible. Would def give it 5 stars if not for the horrible automated check-in service that’s long, gruesome, and broken that no one ever even looks at except for patients.
My experience was absolutely amazing! Since I went to admissions,they was waiting for me. They take to 7 floor the nurse in charge told us we was the more important people in the floor. I feel very confidence, all nurses was very professional, and kind, Next day they take to OR. Where was prepared for my Kidney transplant. I was truly Blessed with the kidney transplant team. The doctors, nurses and staff embraced, encouraged and supported me from my very first visit!!! The entire team/staff continues to support me by way of phone calls, cards and conversations at each appointment. I’m grateful that My Lord and Savior guided me to Sacred Heart Hospital Kidney Transplant Team .
