I always find this facility clean, professional, thorough, and efficient. They really listen to me and center my care on that. I feel heard and cared for. As someone with chronic illness this is an invaluable part of my treatment.
ER doc wonderful
Best ER in the area. Seriously. When I got in a serious wreck I went to Sacred Heart in Pensacola - I had a horrible experience. This (although the same company) is way better and if I was able to risk more injury I would have drove to come here. Cannot recommend enough. Plus the doctors actually seem to care and make you understand why/how they are doing things - which makes me feel comfortable! One of the docs even offers a prayer with you - which I very much appreciate - cannot recommend enough. Seriously.
We had a pretty scary experience here. The Dr did a urine test on my 16 yr old and it came back positive for Fentanyl and Amphetamine. We were all beside ourselves and my daughter was in tears because she would never do anything like that. The Dr came in and used Scare Tactics to try and make her admit that she was doing these drugs. He called her a liar to her face. We went and got another test done and it was negative for every type of drug there is. So long story short, I’d take your kiddos elsewhere.
