Having to have a specialty medication in itself is a pain in the butt, but I have always received kind and excellent customer service from Ascension Specialty Pharmacy.
This pharmacy has many problems with the employees that ridicule customers. I received a call from Sam, the pharmacist, and as soon as I got the phone, he hung up on me twice, and it was a joke done to me. I called back to see what was going on, and the girl left me on hold for more than a half an hour, and I finally hung up, and I called back again, and they said that it was Sam, the pharmacist, who called, and they knew that Bryce, the pharmacist, handles all of my prescriptions, so there was no reason for Sam to be callin... read more
They have made me miss my medication dosage multiple times because they randomly decide that I will have to call them and have my medication refilled. I'm tired of having to guess when it is and is not needed and I'm tired of missing my medication dosage and it impacts my health. If I could I would give negative stars!
