Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They never have things in stock and if they have to get more you might as well go elsewhere. It takes weeks before they get it if they even remember to call you. Two or three times during their posted normal hours there hasn't even been an employee there. It's a mixed bag for customer service too. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to use. I have had to use this pharmacy this year due to insurance, and every single time I've been here it has been chaos. I am consistently waiting 15 to 20 minutes for prescriptions that were supposed to have already been filled. I switched every medication I could to delivery, but still have to pick one up in person. This last Thursday they were randomly closed with a hand written note left on the desk. I called multiple times Friday but Noone answered or called me back. I'm out... read more
Slow. Didn’t have my meds in stock. Would not fill my script in advance 5 days before I could pick it up. Terrible manners over the phone. Main line no one answers. Wasted 3 hours of my day today. Will be transferring all my scripts out of there. I am an ascension employee who has been told to use this pharmacy to get the most out of my benefits and I don’t normally leave negative comments. But this service line is terrible. And understaffed so I am guessing underpaid as well.
