Great staff and great service!
0 stars if possible. Incompetent liars. My disabled mother was told a medication wasn’t covered in the liquid form but MIGHT be covered in the pill form. The liquid was $200. The manager NEVER stated “they won’t pay for this type of medication at all, or that it would $68.” So I go to pick it up, the tech already has an attitude-clear as day she hates her life. Fastest place to get your drugs
I enjoy coming to Alexian B Brothers Pharmacy because everyone there is so friendly patient and kind and even though it’s outpatient services, Nicholas always have assisted me even when I get lost traveling here because my driver left me because my appointment ran later. Nicholas was able to tell me to get home the directions the road to take, he took time out of his job to tell me and to reroute me and to set up my MapQuest to show me how to get home all the way back to the south side of Chicago I was so amazed that he had ... read more
