Dr. Ross is a great Dr that takes the time to listen. Her staff is helpful and the appointments are always on time.
Received automated text to schedule appointment for medication follow up. At the appointment the nurse asked about how the WEGOVY is working. I don't take WEGOVY. The doctor prescribed it at my November visit, but your office called to tell me it's not covered by my insurance. Script was never filled. Then the Doctor came in, and asked the same questions about how my WEGOVY is working. Obviously not reading the notes from the nurse that was just in the room.
