Problem solved. Thank you. My 83 y/o dad was referred by his PCP. The clinic called and scheduled the appointment asking him to bring (I spoke with the appointment scheduler myself) his insurance cards and to arrive 30 minutes early. I was given directions. We arrived 40 minutes early and completed the paperwork. At 1:10, I approached the desk and this is the conversation verbatim. Me: Is my dad's appointment still at 1:00?
