Deducting 2 stars because Ears and Hearing, PA is such a scam and I truly wish that Ascension Providence would consider contracting a more reputable and honest company

We were induced early due to some complications. The nurses were phenomenal to my wife the entire time. As first time parents we had a lot of random questions, were scared and anxious for what was to come as we had never done it before. The nurses we had were Courtney, Hailey and Tucker- the most amazing group of nurses we could have had. They made it known that they were and would advocate for my wife no matter what and were there for my wife above all. I had my daughter in January of last year and should have posted a review then but newborn baby didnt think of it and instead raved about my experience on Facebook and to friends! 100% recommend them. The nurses were AMAZING, the services were great and im so glad i chose them.

I have had all of my previous children here, and I recently had my third child. Choosing Providence all three times, I have had mostly positive experiences but with my third child, there were some things that happened that I wanted to share. First of all, I feel the staff does a really good job taking care of moms, babies, and their families here. I have had 3 c sections and it was done successfully and by people who were friendly and encouraging. Staff is always attentive and we felt that our needs were met in a timely matt... read more
