Paige Foster was extremely rude over the phone and no help, cut me off when I was trying to explain and set up payments and hung up on me in the middle of the call.
Front desk rude as hell for no reason. Why just hang up in someone’s face? What happened to “have a good day” or “is there anything else that I can help you with” Customer service is trash . She said, “mmhm ‘ then hung up. Wth 😂

Rediculous billing process. They sent the bill to collections 4 days after they mailed my first bill to me. I had not even received the bill!!! And less than 30 days since date of service. I will NEVER go back here.
Front desk/phone staff (this is for lesli) is truly incompetent and clearly not in healthcare to help people
