Ever since Ascension was hacked/user error, things haven’t been the same! They can’t seem to get a follow up appointment right. Was never told I needed follow up lab work. Can’t get your prescription. Billing is terrible. But, it always has been. I don’t want to. But, I’m going to be looking for another doctor. UPDATE, 8/11/24: I received a response in less than 24 hours. And out of the four concerns I mentioned, the only one they’re concerned about is “billing”. The pediatrician we had did not care about our problems and she was only interested in getting to the next appointment. When I talked about anxiety, she downplayed it and quickly moved on so she could get to the next child. I really wanted to trust someone and open up to them, but I was severely disappointed and unable to receive adequate help.
