Without question the most incompetent and frustrating billing department of any healthcare provider I have ever used. Over two years of monthly appointments, Ascension consistently submitted different incorrect codes to insurance, and it is impossible to get in contact with anybody in a position to fix things.
My appointment went very well! Everybody I came in contact with were very professional, cordial and very helpful!
