The employees were professional and personable. Love places that make you feel comfortable and calm.
Staff were all great! No wait time, it was a good experience despite my diagnosis & no walking distances for awhile.
Rude receptionist. I do not have a pay a $300 bill with 1st choice urgent care from 2020 from BEFORE you merged with my urgent care in Westland. I’ve NEVER run into this problem. This bill was supposed to taken care of by my Medicare ages ago and the sweet girls at the st Clair shores location understand that because it was BEFORE they merged. I’ve called and it still hasn’t been taken care of. You don’t have to collect anything.
All the staff members at this location were great. The gentleman at the front desk, the medical assistant and the provider were all exceptional.
