Got elbowed playing basketball. I was having a lot of pain snd came in at 6:00 pm for an x ray. Just wanted to make sure I didn’t have any broken ribs. After seeing a couple of people I was informed that the people who read them were backed up and they wouldn’t have the results until the next morning. Really? Why didn’t they tell me this when I came in? I could have gone somewhere else. And why so long to get a result? I will say that Dr. Anna was very nice and professional.
The people were very friendly and solved my issue
5 star service and care. Dr Clayton promptly saw my toddler for a high fever late in the evening, going over into closing hours. Efficiently diagnosed and prescribed medications accordingly, making us confident in her treatment outcomes. Nicole, the front desk receptionist, is not only kind and welcoming, but is a precisely clear communicator with Dr. Clayton. I cannot ask for better service, treatment, or communication, especially for my family. Thank you, Dr. Clayton and Nicole!
Dr. Clayton (Colette) is always amazing. This is the only urgent care I ever come to for my kids. It’s so sweet to see Dr. Clayton remember us, even after not needing to come for months. All the staff are so welcoming and kind. The student PA did amazing as well…he was very thorough and personable!
