We had a really great experience at this urgent care. Check-in was quick and easy, and from start to finish we were there for only about 38 minutes. By the time we picked up my daughter’s prescription at Meijer and got home, the entire process was done within an hour, which was amazing. My daughter has autism, and the staff were incredibly patient, calm, and understanding with her. They really helped her feel comfortable and safe during the visit, which means a lot as a parent. Brandon listened to my concerns and was very caring and proactive. He gave me thoughtful attention and was considerate and easy to talk to. Highly recommend. I would go there again.
My boyfriend sliced his finger open, and we came here for stitches, and it was hands down the best experience at an urgent care I've ever been a part of. Ben at the front desk was super friendly and the nurse practitioner Ken was the coolest guy ever. So personable and knowledgeable. My boyfriend never had stitches before and Ken was chatting it up with him about sports and kept him calm and comfortable the entire time. Definitely recommend this place!!
