I was charged over $400 after insurance for a basic sinus infection Urgent Care appointment. I called the billing office, and nobody could explain why this bill was so high. I kept getting transferred to different numbers, and was finally given one that didn’t even work. Literally, all they did was look in my nose and give me antibiotics. The care providers are fine, but something is wrong with your billing. I will not be returning.
Front staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Meyer and his nurses are very pleasant and caring. I would and do trust Dr Miller with any medical needs.
Dr. Abbs is not my primary but I had to see him recently because my doctor was booked out, I was going in because my neurologist told me to go get something ruled out. When I got there I was asked by the receptionist what I was coming in for, I told her what my neurologist told me and she looked at me like I was insane. I finally got back to a room and the nurse came in, that went fine she was very sweet.
