Brought my husband here with an emergency situation asked the doctor if he would be getting imaging - he was so condescending in explaining why he didn't think it was indicated, it delayed my husband's diagnosis by DAYS. Now at Froedtert, admitted and still trying to claw our way back to a safe state because of the massive delays in care. Will be filing a formal complaint. (We have since had four of the imaging diagnostics that he had denied us)
Never in my life would I think I’d hear that someone I know would go to a doctors office seeking care and be laughed at and hear the staff laughing about it as well, Dr Michael Martella is no where near professional and along with who ever was the nurse checking In before the doctor as well on August 3rd 2026 the unprofessionalism is unbelievable and I hope people higher up take some sort of actions. Get it together. If I had a medical emergency I would rather deal with it myself then go here.
this place was good until today. came in because I was just treated for a kidney infection and I’m feeling sick again. the nurse was so rude and seemed so shocked that I came in and when the doctor came in (Dr. Michael, Martella) the first thing he did was laugh and said “so why are you here” in a rude way. Basically just looked at me and said to drink some Gatorade and I’ll be fine. Also heard the nurse talking to the doctor poorly about me outside the room. The service that they provided is unbelievable and also I’m been trying to receive my bill for the service they provided so I can pay it and they refused to provide it to me.
