Receptionist was rude and asked me if I wanted to go to a different clinic because as she said “united healthcare is in a pissing war with our clinic so you will have to pay out of pocket and then stated she was going to yell at the nurse for not telling me so when I booked the appointment online” Nurse Holly and Dr. Kari were amazing as always and very detailed and listened to everything I had to say. Update September 2025: Beware: this office uses a call center that may or may not relay your message in a timely manner, ( if at all) and the call center may or may not relay it with accuracy. In a matter of three weeks I left a follow-up message for Dr. Schumanns nurse which was never received. Not only is this extremely frustrating but it also caused a great deal of inconvenience and delays with my healthcare. For this reason, I am once again on the hunt for a new PCP.
