I wish I could give zero stars! 6mo ago I would have told you this place is the best! But things have changed with the doctors and nurses.. are ur nurse practitioners getting ready to quit??? Like the nurse Nicole malfi criticizing her patients for being healthier, happier, physically and mentality on their own!! Access to GP is always available if needed at level that meets all expectations. My health history is maintained and appropriately updated with resources available. Very clear communications with thoroughnesses.
Dr. Wagner has been my dr for at least 6 years now. She's been with me helping me get through my recovery. She truly cares about you as a patient and is the best Dr!! Thanks Dr.Wagner for all your do for me!!!
Dr. Schumann and MA Ashley K. are an amazing team at the Greenville, WI office! Both my husband and I receive our care from this location after bouncing around a bit when our PCP retired during COVID in 2020/2021 and although during THAT time we had some frustrations, we are EXTREMELY happy we found Dr. Schumann and the Greenville office. Receptionist was rude and asked me if I wanted to go to a different clinic because as she said “united healthcare is in a pissing war with our clinic so you will have to pay out of pocket and then stated she was going to yell at the nurse for not telling me so when I booked the appointment online” Nurse Holly and Dr. Kari were amazing as always and very detailed and listened to everything I had to say.
