Great experience all the way from booking appointment to care from physician. Small hometown feel with modern city amenities. If you need a great family physician, I highly recommend Dr. Stephen Hawks.
I don’t know what case of “moody Mondays” this clinic had today, but i’ve been going to the same doctor here for years. the nurse today was so rude. Some people here need a refreshing lesson on customer service. I don’t make a 40 minute drive, and spend my money to not get treated with kindness and respect especially when I, myself, am having an awful day and suffering. after today, i’m changing doctors.
Candice Lira is kind and takes such good care of her patients. I would recommend her to anyone. She is always very thorough and incredibly knowledgeable.
