I have been going to Ascension Medical Center in Derby for over 5 years. They are always very professional and listen to all of my symptoms.
One of the best medical facilities I have ever gone to. The doctors and staff are polite, are really interested in your problems and do very well by fixing them or find someone that can. My Dr. O'Dell is great at helping me and I wouldn't go anywhere else !!!!!!! The whole group is great.
I got to my appointment to establish care with a new provider and didn't wait long to get called back. My vitals were taken and then I sat in the room for over 40 minutes. Finally the PA came in and informed me that she could NOT see me today and that I had to see a physician to establish care. She was very apologetic and walked me to the front desk and I had to reschedule for a different day. I took off of work, drove 45 minutes, as I live outside of town, and was at the office for almost an hour for nothing.
