I have been with dr Larkin many years now she’s gone. I haven’t been there since 2022. My mom past annd I’ve been too upset to take care of me . I need to be seen due to my esophagus and choking. And I have to get a referral to be seen. The person was quite rude on the phone. I’m having my primary look for a new gastroenterologist
Refused even after paying half procedure co pay to do service without setting up auto pay for recurring payments. Billing had zero empathy and pushed another care credit knowing my family member was on a fixed income and even yelled and insulted said family member for not having the money. Given this was a required test due to other medical issues, I'd love her name so I can thank her personally in a future obituary.
I had my first visit here today. Everybody I encountered at the front desk was very nice. The assistant who took my vitals was also very sweet. Elizabeth Kitchen was amazing and really made me feel like I was being listened to and understood! She is so easy to talk to and isn’t rude or uppity like some other medical professionals I’ve encountered in my past. Overall I am very pleased with this office and am looking forward to working with her to figure out what’s going on with my GI issues!
If I could give zero stars I would. Took a family member here for a procedure and the office failed to inform my family member copay must be paid in full at time of service. If we would have known we would have rescheduled. Thanks to their lack of communication about copay policy we wasted gas and time. Don't recommend. Go elsewhere
