I had my first visit here today. Everybody I encountered at the front desk was very nice. The assistant who took my vitals was also very sweet. Elizabeth Kitchen was amazing and really made me feel like I was being listened to and understood! She is so easy to talk to and isn’t rude or uppity like some other medical professionals I’ve encountered in my past. Overall I am very pleased with this office and am looking forward to working with her to figure out what’s going on with my GI issues!
If I could give zero stars I would. Took a family member here for a procedure and the office failed to inform my family member copay must be paid in full at time of service. If we would have known we would have rescheduled. Thanks to their lack of communication about copay policy we wasted gas and time. Don't recommend. Go elsewhere
I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and they sent .me paperwork to send back. I wrote down my heart problems, bypass etc. They made me wait until I arrived with a paid driver to tell me before I can get colonoscopy I needed a cardiac workup. The office should have called me and notified me of this. Instead the office chose not to read the information I returned a week prior. This office has turned me away now of any medical attention.
