This neurology office is incredibly frustrating. I called the on-call line, hoping for some guidance multiple times only for the doctor to tell me he couldn’t help because I wasn’t his regular patient and he didn’t know my history. If he can't assist, then what's the point of even having an on-call service? Telling me to "try an ice pack" felt like a complete brush-off. The office staff was just as unhelpful. Ya i'd just like to point out that these literal demons had me as a patient with one of their doctors then she swapped to hospital consults only for them to tell me that i CANNOT see any other dr here because they won't take transfers from previous patients of the Dr. what the hell kind of silly unprofessional nonsense is this? I have a serious degenerative neurological disorder and they flat out told me they won't see me at all, just period. ive never seen an organization operate like this, its like 0/10 across the board wi... read more

Dr Hentschel and his staff are top notch. They are very responsive and Dr Hentschel truly cares about his patients. He demonstrates the highest level of professionalism and empathy. Not only is he an excellent communicator but he takes the time to share notes on his dry erase board which include the agreed-upon plan of follow-up until our next appointment. We would highly recommend him!
