Front office and back office staff were kind and professional. Ms. Christine was patient and thorough.
This place is money hungry and wants to charge you out of pocket for "special treatment" for cleaning your teeth when you have insurance. 1 out of 5 would NOT RECOMMEND this Dentist. Also wanted my wife to have a deep cleaning for no reason. Changed Dentist and he said her teeth are perfectly normal and no deep cleaning was needed nor recommended at this time. Front office lady has an attitude if anything is questioned as well. Far better dental office at your service than this place.
My daughter had an appointment at 1pm. The tech Evelyn didn’t come get my daughter until 1:20pm. When she called my daughter’s name she stretched as if she just had woken up from a nap and was tired. She walked my daughter and I to the height and scale and my daughter backed away because she does not like the doctors office. Evelyn saids “she has autism mom?” In an open area where the office staff and parents could hear clearly. I advised her my daughter has not been evaluated for autism.
