This office has caused us so much unnecessary headache. Let me preface this by saying that I have two young children and ADHD, so time management is not my forte right now. You would think a pediatric office would be more flexible and understanding for parents of young children. They have a 15 minute cut off time, and that means you need to be acknowledged and checked in before 15 minutes after your appt time.
