I am extremely disappointed with the care and communication I received from this office. I was told very late in my pregnancy—just two weeks before my due date—that I would not be allowed to deliver at their hospital because of my weight. I understand that they are worried about safety however at no point throughout my entire prenatal care was this communicated to me, nor did the providers in the office seem to be on the same page about it. The staff is always very kind and Dr. Feldman is top notch, he always Listens and aims to take the best care of you.
Dr. Eilfred, as always, is a great doctor. He answers all my questions and never seems in a hurry to get you out of the office. He gives you suggestions to help and gives you information to help you understand the situation. I really appreciate him, and would recommend him to others. He does go beyond his duties and I feel truly feel he enjoys doing his job.
