Dr J Carlock listens and responds. He is the best physician I've had in 50 years
Dr Arnold and his office staff are great! One of the ladies who does scheduling does need some lessons in manners. When we call, she is extremely rude and disrespectful. Dr Arnold would do well to find a new scheduler. This particular lady is no reflection of the wonderful care and professionalism experienced in the office.
Dr. Carlock is the BEST! Takes his time with us and we understand what he tells us. Great personality too. He has always treated our medical issues with the right diagnosis!
