My experience with the Central Medical Group has been very good. Excellent actually. Everyone there treats me with great respect. Also are very helpful with any information I may need and they're willing to help take care of things that I'm unable to. I give them a 100 as a grade.
Kimberly Napier was very accommodating (had issues with televisit) so she called.) Was very supportive and open to listening to me as well as giving her expert opinion.
I switched from the hospital doctor's in Madison Indiana to North Vernon because I wasn't satisfied with my doctors. My daughter suggested the doctor's at Ascension and I got Dr. Grankin. I can't say enough good things about him and the whole staff they are always nice and understanding. Dr. Grankin is very thorough and he's also caring and answers any questions I have. I'm sorry that i was talking with Wslgreens when Dr. Grankin walked in. I immediately hung up the phone. This wont happen anymore.
