I was unable to talk to a real person Monday when I cancelled my appt. For legit reason. Sorry so short of notice. I still wanted to keep the appt. For Thursday to get a colonoscopy done but found I'm no longer scheduled. I was very uncomfortable with Dr. Ashley McDonald. She never smiled one time during doctor visit with her and would rather have had Dr. Dugle like I once had b4.
I really like Kim Napier, she listens and is getting me on the right track!
Staff is always polite and prompt. Dr. H. takes the time to explain and answer all questions.
