They are caring and they stay on top of everything. I'm always in and out quickly. I like it because if I have questions they will take the time to listen and answer any questions I have. If they don't the answer they will find the right answer for me
Dr Tucker, all of his staff and the whole crew of the check-in receptionist area are knowledgeable, kind and are not disgruntled because they have to work. Ascension St Vincent's hospital needs to upgrade their systems. In the registration area on the first floor they are unable to communicate with a physicians in the building, the place where lab work is done and imaging. Everyone in the hospital should have access to each other and high-speed connections.
