The doctor and her assistant were right on time. Although the doctor was very professional she talked to me in a very easy going manner. The procedure was done quickly and appears to be healing well.
The visit started really bad. We were called back by Dr Maves tech. I told her hello and asked how she was. She said good or fine, I dont remember, but never asked how we were. This was our first visit here so it was a very bad first impression to start. Then she took us back to a room to get weight and height. She said stand up there when it zeroes. I was really looking forward to seeing my new primary care provider, but my first visit was disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested, even after checking in and paying online. The front desk said I was all set, so I waited — for 45 minutes — before realizing the provider was running far behind. When I asked, I was told there were still two patients ahead of me.
