I was admitted to this hospital through the emergency department, and from the very beginning I felt I was in safe hands. Nurse Lisa was the first to take care of me in the emergency room, and her kindness and professionalism immediately put me at ease. I then stayed in the hospital for a couple of days before my surgery, and during that time I was cared for by nurses Chris, Julie, Sophia, Caroline, and Katie. My experience was wonderful. From check in to check out. Everyone was so nice helpful and accommodating.
I found the whole staff from top to the bottom to be very professional, helpful and pleasant. Dr Williams did a fantastic job on my hip revision surgery and his support staff in the OR operated with absolute ease that I did not feel any apprehension and before I knew it, I was in the room. The nurses were very empathetic towards me and were very kind. God Bless them all.
From the Emergency Dept. receptionist, Housekeeping and Dietary staff to the nurses and doctors, I was treated with kindness and respect.
