The nurses were not bad. Good !! Una was great ! But I was not happy with the communication from the beginning of my surgery until the end. They need to improve thier teaching skills. Very important!!! For clients. I really should have been encouraged to stay overnight due to I had a rough recovery. Although Dr Ye was on top of things, I felt some things could have been explained more about my pain, my medication from the nurses! Discharge instructions need to be more detailed!
Well, I am still recovering and I’m feeling better all the time. Dr. Gupta is a very professional doctor. She did a very great job and I’m happy with it so far and her team they are very good and very nice and very caring.
