Always treated with respect
As a disabled veteran, I am very disappointed in this medical group. Although the VA authorized care and I explained numerous times the VA's process (they should already know the process being an in-network provider for community care), I had to make several phone calls to the pharmacy and the provider to get my medication. I then get a bill even though they were informed several times of the VA's process AGAIN (I shouldn'thave to inform them if they are an authorized provider).
