I give Dr. Freeman 5 stars for her service, how she cares for her pts on a different level and for just being an amazing person all around. I’ve had a touchy experience with McKoy as she almost cost me my life and my baby’s due to poor judgment but I’d use Freeman again in a heartbeat. Just some things as a whole to improve on. But, if a pt comes in with an emergency and asks that the staff consult with their regular doc that works there for a second opinion, please do so. Dr. Modest-Mckoy had such a joyful demeanor & expressed both empathy and professionalism in every aspect of her care. She provided rationale in terms that made sense and didn’t seem to be bothered by my endless questions. I would definitely recommend her to an expecting mother!
