As always, I feel Jan Byerly is both very caring and highly competent. The staff is pleasant. I was very sad to learn she had accepted another position. However, Whitney, who has taken her place, was delightful. She was very thorough, professional and made me feel at ease. Maureen and the receptionist help make that office a pleasant experience.
