I had a review about this place two days ago, just to find out that they have removed my review or flag it. That's proof to me that they are responsible for my unhappiness at this location. Last review: My wife went to have an appointment done at this location. She was seen by her new doctor, not to name any names. Her new doctor tried to describe a different medication for my wife's diabetes. However my wife ,and I wasn't comfortable with what she described, so we told her doctor we would prefer to keep the same medication ... read more
Was told I had paid in full then received an additional bill months later. When I called to ask about it I was transferred and put on hold 5 times. When I finally talked to the right lady she was very rude and unprofessional.

My father came in who is a stroke victim with a swollen leg, they did not order a test for him on this leg right away, instead they thought, oh this can wait. Medical Malpractice is a crime for a reason. Should he die and it be found that his care was negligent there will be consequences, Jesus wills it so.
Andrea was amazing! She helped me reschedule my appointment from in person, to virtual. She was so polite and caring. She did go above and beyond!
