Freindly and very professional
They did not use my port, I had needles in my arm. Apparently, St John’s don’t have a hospital that has a RN that can access support and I have one for the rest of my life so I guess I’ll have to change hospitals. The doctor was fine other than that. I am a double mastectomy with lymph nodes removed from both arms and not supposed to have needles in them.
They took great care of my wife through her open heart surgery. We did however fill out and send in pages of documents to try and qualify for payment assistance but never received an answer and had to pay full price minus the small amount insurance helped us with. No idea why they say they have payment assistance and simply never give you an answer and it is virtually impossible to find out who to even ask.
