It was efficient and good. Only complaint is ~ they couldn’t convert metric weight to lbs for me. So, I still don’t know what my weight was. I like knowing that, since I had a big weight loss when I moved here from out of state recently. I don’t know what it was in Metric, either. They didn’t tell me that, after I asked for it in lbs.
From the convenient parking, first class facility to the helpful and friendliness of the front office staff, I had a great experience. The nursing staff is also warm and efficient. I appreciated the super short wait to see my ARPN-CPN, Mollie Bechtelheimer. Her knowledge and professionalism is always refreshing and encouraging. My experience with St John Heartvand Vascular Center has always been a pleasant one. I have been treated in a timely manner with professional people that respect me and my time.
I had a very thorough assessment and recommendation for follow-up testing. The medication adjustment has worked-out well.
