I would rate them higher but the reception staff is not only abrasive but does not answer the phones. It routinely takes me over a month of trying to get an appointment set for my children. However I have nothing but the HIGHEST praise for the doctors and techs. Phenomenal providers. Will probably be switching locations or providers bc I simply cannot get an appt.
One of the worst pedaitric offices ever.. Its been a problem for more than 1 year or so that they just never pick up the call. No matter how many calls you make, how many voicemails you leave or what day or time you call. Nobody ever picks up the call. If i have to stop by everytime i need something, its better to just change the office to more convinient place. Highly Disappointed.
Speaking on behalf of the pediatric neurology office . Their nearly impossible to get ahold of. You have to leave a message, and then they'll call you back at the most inconvenient time. Also when it comes to filling out FMLA paperwork they charge you for that which is absurd. And then they don't inform you of what you need to fill out before you leave the office. So make sure you ask all those questions in regarding filling anything out on your behalf. "incompetence"
After working with Dr. Nimtz as a Registered Nurse, I began bringing my kids to see her. I have always respected and appreciated the care she provides, however the office staff has constantly put barriers in our path to receiving treatment. Not only have they been unprofessional over the years, they have, on multiple occasions caused discrepancies in visits and appointment times. Unfortunately, after 5 years, we will no longer be using this office due to the front office staff.
I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone literally anyone since February and have left voicemails. No one at the front desk ever answers the phone no matter what time of the day it is which is so frustrating. I love Dr. Kontos but I think after 3 months of no improvement I will be switching pediatrician office.
