I see Julia Case. She is very knowledgeable and helped me lower my A1C. She cares and takes the time with you. Staff is always welcoming.
The main reason for 3 stars is solely because of the Ascension Group, NOT the doctors or staff at the clinic. The Ascension billing dept is absolutely HORRIBLE! They screw up my bill almost every single visit. I am self pay and pay at time of service. I then get a notice of a balance due the next day or so AFTER I have already paid! I then have to go through a song and dance routine to get it straightened out. Calling the number listed only transfers you to some call center in India.
