Good luck getting scheduled. Was told I needed a referral to be taken on as a patient Got a referral the same day. Called a few days later and was told they aren't going to accept that referral Ended up having 2 doctors sending referrals in 4 times up to their standards It's been over 3 weeks and was told again they can't schedule me and that they'd end up calling me whenever the referrals department gets to me No eta. What a sham.
Dr Chala was dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable on seeking help from their facility since I was from out of town. The whole purpose of seeking out an out of town program is because we do not have it locally. So to be continuously questioned on “ well I don’t see how living in ___ and the program being here will be feasible” over and and over again… is just rude. If it will help my son we will make it work. Period.
