WORST receptionist EVER on the 2nd floor. An African American woman at the desk is possibly the rudest person I've ever come in contact with. She barks at you with an awful tone to stand still, even if your not moving, makes you feel horrible, barks asking who are you seeing, gives you the look of death and I actually never want to come see Dr. Mason ever again if I have to deal with her. This is not the first time she's been rude. She's ALWAYS RUDE!!! Why would you allow her to get away with this behavior??
One of your receptionists on the phone is not polite. The lady did not give her name nor did she give accurate statements. I went by my pharmacy today, to my prescription wasn’t in the system. I was immensely frustrated, so I called the office. The lady told me she had no idea what I was talking about. That it was an error on me and the pharmacy.
