I got tested for BV since I am pregnant and it came back positive. It’s been weeks and yet to get a call back. They just sent medicine and explaining nothing to you. They sent me two types of medicine without telling me whether I was supposed to take one or both of them at the same time they never answered their phones and they very rarely answer the messaging portal as well.
