I have tried calling for months and I have yet to reach a live person. They do call me back but then I’m working and the calls go to voicemail. Phone tag is the worst.
I felt like they listened to me and actually cared about the outcome so I'm happy about that the only problem so far is that they did were supposed to call in medication for me and 2 days later I'm still told there's no medication called in and they are closed now so just wondering about that
I thought Dr Zimmerman actually cared. Turns out they only care about the $$$
