The staff is efficient and helpful. The wait time wasn’t too long and the office was clean and comfortable. Amanda Killinger listened carefully to my concerns and was very professional yet caring in her demeanor. The lab results came back the next day .
I got tested for BV since I am pregnant and it came back positive. It’s been weeks and yet to get a call back. They just sent medicine and explaining nothing to you. They sent me two types of medicine without telling me whether I was supposed to take one or both of them at the same time they never answered their phones and they very rarely answer the messaging portal as well. Everyone at this office have been extremely friendly and helpful. I feel I get good care here and that they listen and care. The big issue for me is how difficult it is to get anyone to answers the phone. It’s always been this way and it’s extreme frustrating. You don’t even get an option to leave a voicemail.
