Dr. Wickliff and his staff are so friendly. The customer service is BEYOND on point! He is respectful, sincere and genuinely cares about you getting long-term relief. His technician is friendly too and they both care about you being comfortable throughout your procedures. You might need to ask for a muscle relaxer for the more intense procedures, which you'll need a driver for, and the receptionist won't tell you that you need to fast to take the muscle relaxer, so I would ask them as many questions as possible so that they ... read more

The lady who answers the phone most of the time always gets my prescription refills wrong and gets them sent to the wrong place. It's very frustrating to have to deal with her every month.
I like Dr. Whitcliff...he tries every way to get you if not pain free then pretty close to it.
