I was seen very quickly. The nurse was extremely curtious and thorough. Dr. Pool was professional. The front office staff was polite and professional.
The Woodway location goes above and beyond other facilities. Their kindness and professionalism comforts me when I'm feeling under the weather.
I made an online appointment for a recurring cough and they got me right in. I did my online check in and my waiting time was 5 minutes. The staff was courteous, friendly and thorough and the doctor took time to get detailed answers regarding my condition. Diagnosis-upper respiratory infection. My prescriptions went to my pharmacy, I received a breathing treatment at Express Care and X-rays to make sure that there was nothing worse going on.
