Disappointingly, they would not even schedule me an appointment. My insurance is a PPO and does not require any type of referral. I indicated my dentist suggested I may have something wrong with a salivary gland due to recurrent pain and swelling, and she recommended I follow up with a specialist. I went in because I had recurring strep back to back for two months. When I explained my history Dr Tandy asked “well what do you want me to do about that” and then told me to just keep treating strep with antibiotics. Dr Tandy was very rude and talked down to me through our whole conversation. My 14 year old son had an appointment on November 8th with Dr Tandy to check his hearing. Dr. Tandy was very rude and condescending to my son and husband. He asked my son “when do you have trouble hearing? My son said when I’m sleeping. Dr Tandy then in a very rude and condescending tone said “Really? When you’re sleeping? You’re not serious!
