I used to love this office before they recently switched owners. Now the receptionist have no clue what they are doing, very clueless, send me to the wrong phone lines every time I call and I can’t even get my old medical records. I also don’t like how they switched doctors, the old doctors and midwives were amazing and I will miss them.
Most unprofessional doctors office I ever been to . I’m currently pregnant and even at the end of my pregnancy I had to fight to get an appointment. I’m currently facing a ton of health problems while pregnant and they can’t even get your test results back to you or even a call back from the doctor and it proves they do not care about the health of their patients. This place really went downhill from a year ago. Without warning I no longer have the provider that I’ve been seeing Stephanie miller and Dr. Baqir Jakvani. On top of that they canceled my ultrasound a month ago bc they also lost their sonographer. My scan was post poned for over a month. They then transferred me to the hospital to get a scan there and wait for another appointment for results. No ultrasound pictures are given either. Had to update my review from 5 stars to 1. Just saw Dr. Bailey and she was rude and dismissive. Barely did a breast exam and said I don’t need to have a Pap smear done yearly even though my last two providers had recommended one annually due to a cyst. She didn’t answer my questions and was in and out in less than 3 minutes even though the office was completely empty when I came in. If I could give 0 stars I would.
