This is my second pregnancy after nine years and while the doctors and nurses have been kind and professional, my overall experience has been a bit mixed. Dr. Shaw, Dr. Johnson, and Dr. Sorokin all have great bedside manners, which is reassuring, especially with this being my second pregnancy. All doctors and nurses are great, very professional, I gave a birth there, but their receptionists are awful, they always put on hold and never pick up, it is hard to schedule appointment or ask a question. Today I tried to make appointment, but I waited 20 min on hold and not able to connect to receptionist
Dr Shaw and dr campo were amazing. There was one I never met until I went in for my schedule induction. He insisted on a cesarean section but i knew I didn’t need one since he didnt even bother to do proper induction procedures. However luckily it was dr Shaw shift and he listened to my concerns and did the procedure of inducing labor and went easy after that.
