First Time Patient Dr. Lazaro did not explain the procedure, had me lift my shirt to exam mole on my back then instructed me to bend over on exam table. While holding my shirt up, Dr.started pulling on mole causing pain and discomfort. After 3 painful reactions from me he asked if I wanted to have the area numbed.
